About Us

Legacy

Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Delhi, was established under the divine guidance and blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in 1979 under the Sri Sathya Sai Trust (Delhi- Punjab).

The school began in a rented premises at Friends Colony West with nine students and a dedicated team of volunteer teachers. In 1982, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba performed the Bhoomi Puja for the campus, which was formally inaugurated on Guru Poornima, 21 July 1986.

Over the years, Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar has grown into a distinguished educational institution serving more than 1,350 students.

As an institution dedicated to the education and empowerment of girls, the school provides a nurturing environment where young women are encouraged to develop resilience , leadership, and public spirit.

Infrastructure

Established in 1986, the school is spread across a lush 5-acre campus, with a well-planned 2-acre built-up area designed to provide a safe, spacious, and stimulating environment for learning. Housed in an ultra-modern building, the school features a large playground, a thoughtfully designed administrative block, and state-of-the-art facilities that support both academic excellence and holistic development.
